This sleep app supports your natural process of falling asleep and helps you sleep better. Two relaxing and pleasant voices whisper in your ear. You hear randomly selected short passages from guided imagery, mixed with additional calming words and very pleasant and harmonious music.
After a short time, you start to perceive your own inner dream images. Let yourself fall deeper, drift away, and enjoy your dream and the cozy sleep.
There's no room for overthinking here, as the relaxing and wonderfully pleasant whispering voices take care of that. You will definitely sleep faster and better than you think!
Currently, there are three different whisper modules, each with 30 different segments. This results in 27,000 different possibilities for the order in which you hear the whispering voices. So, your experience is guaranteed to be different every night.
Additional music and whisper modules can be unlocked within the sleep app.
Why are the dream scenes whispered?
We primarily associate a whispering voice with our childhood and perhaps with our current or past life partner. Almost everyone finds a whispered voice exceptionally intimate - and very soothing.
Simply try it out and let yourself be gently guided to sleep by this sleep app.
For future versions of this app, new whispering voices are planned, which you can automatically receive through updates. Stay tuned!
Simple operation of the "Better Sleep App":
The operation of this sleep app is deliberately simple and clear. With the first menu option in the top left corner (button with music symbol), you choose which background music you would like to hear while falling asleep.
Then, in the second menu option (the button with the mouth), you select up to three different whisper module options.
In the third step (gear button), you can adjust the volumes of music and whisper separately to mix them together in the way that sounds best to you. It's best to try this out immediately with earplugs. You also set the length of pauses between two whispered fragments here.
Behind the play button (fourth menu option) is another button to start your falling-asleep experience.
